Hey, I'm Baz, a creative director / senior art director.


As a creative I relish in finding solutions where others see problems, whether that’s me steering the account and projects or jumping in as creative. My mantra after 20 plus years in the industry: There are no problems, only solutions.


I started my career as an art director. But as exciting careers twist, turn and find new outlets, I turned my hand to script writing across TV and Social and I’ve been lucky enough to work through the line – so I’m great at turning my hand to brand campaign thinking. Direct response, Social and digital – giving me the creative flex to deliver great work across multiple platforms.


For me leadership is about nurturing and identifying what gets individuals, teams and clients buzzing. I find this open and collaborative approach to developing client relationships and business growth enables everyone to stay laser focused on the ultimate goal – brilliant work.
